- I would bet you have it on crooked. Make sure that the filter is in
correct,
your seal is on correctly at the top of the housing( your filter should have
come with a new one, and that the plastic metal filter on the top has the
large side up. The latter filter you just clean out and replace. You have to
feel up along side the filter where it meets the housing and make sure it
meets all the way around. It is real easy to start it crooked. Remember that
you are going in at an angle, start it by hand only, not with a socket
wrench set up. It you put it in crooked you will bip the edge of the filter
can. Make SURE the o rings stays on top of the can. It is kind of a
balancing act. Let me know what happens JON
